Well that is pretty interesting. They are all the same color with white butts. Also from what I can tell, they don't have tails at all. What fun to see them. Take care.
How cool is that!! It's your cousins Pricilla! :)They just this week released some Bighorn sheep in the mountains near here.
But… are they tasty?
Sparkle! You would eat my cousins?!~Pricilla
wow - I don't think I've ever seen a picture of such a big herd out on the flats - their coats don't look very thick
This is apparently a somewhat resident herd and they come down everyday and go back up the mountains at night - at least in the spring and fall. The field grows hay so it's got good eats. This is the first time though, that we have seen this many of them there.~ the publicist
So...they were just sorta walking past your house??? What is with that?! We have a random coyote...maybe a stray deer...but a HERD??! How cool!!
That's pretty cool to see a herd of your cousins!
Glogirly and Gloman LOVE bighorn sheep...in fact we have a huge photo of one on our living room wall. ..and a cute stuffed one on the kitchen.; ) Katie
Ooooh, we see them rather frequently. In the winter they come to eat the salt off of the road. They don't live nearby but close enough.~the publicist
Whoa! She's not gonna bring them home, is she?
No, she is not allowed....~the publicist
I hate to say it, but I think they could totally take you.
You have very nice visitors. We never get any of our cousins visiting us.
