AbbyDay - The Mouse Soap Has a Name!

It's AbbyDay, the best day of the week brought to you by the best goat. Period.

I would like to thank all of you for putting forth your ideas for naming the new mouse soap in my Pricilla's soap shop. There were three choices and their number of votes:

Pipsqueak (6)
Squeak (8)
Millie (1)

Then the goats got to vote and the winner is:

MILLIE!!!!!!

I know I did not mention anything about the goats voting but I am AbbyGoat, I can change the rules. Since I DID change the rules I am going to make the publicist send a mousie soap to each of the three finalists. She will send them an email. I thank Millie the Goat for suggesting Millie the Mouse.

Now on to other Farm news.

It snowed yesterday.
The kids were NOT happy.
Remember, they have never seen snow before.
It was actually pretty funny.

If you cannot see the movie you can watch it on YouTube HERE

The publicist put this on her Facebook page yesterday but not everyone sees her page so I thought I would share it here because it made all of us older goats maaaa with laughter.

Silly kids!

  1. I don't blame them for not liking the snow! I don't think I'd like it either.

  4. That is a good name for the new soap. Those boys sure were noisy about the snow. They didn't think that was very good at all. Too bad you got snow so soon. Hope it warms up there soon. Take care.

  5. I think I was the lone vote for "Millie"!!! LOVE it!

Is that goat for "What the hell?!"

They remind me of Chicago drivers on that first snow of the season. They are all afraid to MOVE!

  10. I am so honored to have one of Pricilla's rich soaps named after me! How exciting!

Snow is an awfully mean thing for mother nature to do to those kids at such a young age.

  16. I have never seen a little dusting of snow cause so much disoriented & stress-out goats. Sounded like the boys were all bahhing "OMG!!! Someone stole all our nice green grass and left some awful freezing white junk covering the place!". I noticed that all the excited noise did not bring Thelma or Luke running to comfort or explain what had happened to the boys. She & Luke were probably snickering in the shed at all the scardy-goat goings on. Nothing worse than thinking you are waking up in your regular World & finding out Mother Nature had been working all night just to play a bad joke on you. No one like a bad joke before you can even enjoy your breakfast.
Get used to the snow Boys. It's not like you live in Miami Beach.
