Nora The Goat is Eating for Two?

Nora the goat is starting to show.
Or she is getting fat.
One or the other.

The publicist thinks it's because she is supposed to have kid(s) in July since she and Brewster the goat danced the waltz.

She sure is eating like she is going to have a kid or two.
When we were out grazing the other day she was an eating machine!

She ate the weeds

She ate the bark

She ate the weed bush.

She just ate and ate and ate!

Which I suppose is a good thing if you are eating for two....or three!
It will be a goat pen full of kids this year. That is for sure.

  8. We can't wait to see Nora's little ones! It seems such a short time ago that Brewster was a kid himself.

  9. It would be so exciting if she had a pair of twins, too! Some cute competition for Thelma and Louise. And a healthy appetite is a good thing in an expectant mommy, especially one who exercises as much as Nora. Keep up the good graze!

  12. Congratulations Nora! I hope you are eating for 2 rather than just trying to bulk up. I can't wait to see more baby goats.
