Kringle Learns to Eat Hay

I am back!
The publicist is feeling a little bit better so she let me use the computer today.
It snowed all day!
I was not a happy goat.

That is why I am going to show you some photos of the last sunny day we had.
I like to think of sunny days.
I don't like this snow stuff.

Little Kringle was basking in MY basking spot.

I gave it up to him because I am a good goat.
But he decided he wanted to explore a bit.

He went to the front of the goat house.
There he encountered his Nanny.

What did she do?
She licked him, of course!

He also noticed something exciting IN the goat house.

He had to go check that out.
He was learning that hay was good to eat.

He went in there to see what he could nibble.
His nanny was trying to hog all of the hay but he is a smart little kid.

He got right under her and starting eating that tasty hay.

How do I know this you ask?
I know this because I took back my basking spot.

And I spied on him.
I am not a dumb goat.
Not at all!

  1. A Hah! I believe you are very smart Pricilla! I like that basking photo and the one of Kringle that shows his cute, wee little head and the word "Happy" on his coat! Enjoy the sun! We haven't seen any in some time. Brrrr.

  2. Kringle is so stinkin' cute out there!

  3. This is one smart kid! Glad he discovered the inside.

  4. Keep remembering the sun. It's on its way back to us here in the north. Kringle is a very cute little guy. Hope the publicist continues to feel better.

  5. You are breaking my heart with these stories and pics! :)

  6. Im with mimi! Oh my goodness. breaking. my/ heart! too, too, too, cute...

  7. He really is adorable. You are such a generous goat, sharing your basking spot with him.

  8. I hope Kringle doesn't decide to take up permanent residence in your basking spot, Pricilla!

  9. I just love little Kringle. He is the cutest little goatie. How sweet for his Nana to give him a good lick and share her hay with him. I am glad you got your sunny spot back :)

  10. He's a silly kid if he left a basking spot for hay but good thing you didn't let that opportunity to bask pass Pricilla!

  11. Oh, Kringle looks awfully cute in his jacket! He probably won't need the basking spot if he has his warm jacket on. I'd remind him of that, Pricilla. ;)

  12. Pricilla, we are glad you got your basking spot back. Good boy Kringle for eating some of the yummy looking hay. Wish we had hay like that here. The publicist needs to put up another board so there is more basking space. Course, knowing goats, they would knock it down. Take care little Kringle. You are still so cute.

Maaaaaa away....
