Brewster and Luke

As I promised - here is some video of Brewster in the buck pen with Luke.
He has been a bit, erm noisy since he moved over there.

I am thinking he is not too happy.
What do you think?
I think he might miss his nanny.

But he will soon get used to his new pen.

I have an exciting announcement.
For all of my loyal readers who guess the right answer to the question..

"Is Brewster happy in the buck pen?"

You will be entered into a drawing for three bars of my rich soap!
Here is another video so you can be sure of your answer.

Just comment on this post and I will pick the winner on Friday so you can have your soaps in time for Christmas. It's my way of saying thank you for visiting my blog and reading about our adventures on the Farm.

I wish I could send all of you my rich soap but I can't.
So guess away. I think it's easy to tell...

  2. Lukie, you be gentle with Brewster! It was nice when you gently butted his head. Brewster sounds a little bit skerred, so I am guessing he misses his other goat friends. Do not enter us in your contest, because we were already lucky enough to win your soaps and we want somebuddy else to get to win!

  3. Ooo! I'd say Brewster isn't quite happy at the moment. He's pretty enterprising though to get up on the goat hut to yell out over Luke's head! I also like that he did a little challenge to his Dad when he got that soft butt.

  4. While Brewster does not seem happy, I think Luke is a little more unhappy than he!

  5. Poor Brewster, he looks lonely.

  6. He's not happy to be away from Mommy, but kids have a short attention span, so he'll get use to being with daddy soon.

  7. Brewster looks like he wants to get the heck out of there so I would have to say, no, he doesn't seem too happy. I am hoping that things will get better for him.

  8. Aww, poor Brewy, he does not look happy to me. Maybe you should get the publicist to give him a treat, an apple would do, I think.

  9. We don't think Brewster is happy at all right now. We he came running over to the fence crying we felt so sorry for him but we know that he'll soon enjoy being with Luke. At least we hope it's soon!

  10. Poor Brewster. I would have to say he is quite miserable in his new pen. However, once he learns some of the finer points of being a hunky buck from Luke, he will love it, and he'll be a hot little item for all your girlie goats!

  12. I think he is in the adjustment phase for sure :O).

Your Luke is much more tolerant of other male goats than our Harrison!

  14. Brewster is definitely going through an adjustment period - he is not happy at all! Maybe some of it is because Luke just told him how baby goats are made and he is a little freaked out?

  17. I don't think Brewster sounds too happy at the moment. But I guess if I had to deal with SNOW and being moved to a pen where the other occupant has BIG, SCARY HORNS, that I would Maaaaa! quite a bit, too!

  18. I know happy kids sounds, and that is NOT a happy kid. I must say, he was certainly getting schooled by his dad.

  20. Ohhhh, poor little guy. I felt so sorry for him when he ran over to look out the fence. No, right now he's not a happy Brewster. Luke certainly does seem tolerant of him.

  21. Poor Brewster. He definitely looks very unhappy. Guess he has to grow up. Luke doesn't look very happy either but I guess they will get used to each other. Brewster you can move here any time that you want to. Great video. Hope Brewster feels better tomorrow. Take care.

  22. Poor Brewster, he doesn't look very happy right now but he will probably get used to Luke over time. The publicist should give him a treat or 2!

  23. I'd have to say Brewster is NOT a happy goat right now. Its hard when you first have to leave your mommy and the rest of the herd but he'll get used to being in "the big boy pen" in time. Hang in there Brewster!
